Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x
VMware NSX Data Center for vSphere 6.4.x

Cause

This is seen mostly when a host is not responsive, throws an error, or PSOD occurs.

Resolution

Confirm that all hosts prepared for NSX are in a healthy, responsive, and connected state.

Also, review host preparation and ensure all communication channels are up.
