Symptoms: The user expects to see the VCF migration cost values based on the default rates after clicking reset on the Cloud Providers page, but there can be discrepancies in the cost values since the reset button does not reset the rate cards to default values.
The reset functionality for all three VCF clouds does not work properly due to pending changes in the backend VCF cloud flow.
Resolution
The default rate card excels for all three VCF clouds are attached in this article. Users can do "Edit" for a specific VCF cloud in the cloud providers page and can upload the respective rate card, it will set the rate card to default values for the particular VCF cloud. After that, VCF migration costs can be expected based on the default values for the specific VCF cloud.
For VMware Cloud on AWS, Azure VMware Solution, and Google Cloud VMware Engine, the default rate cards are attached as "VMware Cloud on AWS_ratecard.xlsx", "Azure VMware Solution_ratecard.xlsx" and "Google Cloud VMware Engine_ratecard.xlsx" in the Attachment section of this article.
