Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
In the UI, when you want to use dedicated netstack for port mirroring, you see 'Mirror', which is misleading. Actually a netstack name 'mirror' is created. When you want to delete the portmirror session using api or automation, you should use 'mirror' too

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 7.0.0
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.0
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.5

Resolution

When you want to create an L3 mirror on a dedicated netstack, one should use 'mirror' instead of 'Mirror'.
