"DvsOperationBulkFault exception" error creating DVportgroup

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• In the vCenter Server vpxd.log file you see similar to:

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 6.5
VMware vSphere ESXi 5.5
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7
VMware vSphere ESXi 6.0

Cause

This is caused by a race condition when a vMotion operation and a DVportgroup reconfigure are happening at the same time.

Resolution

Wait for about 5 minutes as the portgroup should be pushed to the host again and the error can be safely ignored.
