Javascript error is thrown when vApp Author navigates to the details of a routed vApp Network

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When you navigate to a routed vApp Network in the HTML5 tenant portal with a less privileged user (e.g. vApp Author), the spinner does not stop spinning

Environment

VMware Cloud Director for Service Provider 9.5.x

Cause

This issue occurs because Javascript error is thrown in case the user does not have the needed permissions.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, give permissions to view the Org VDC Networks.
