Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.1.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.0.x

Cause

当 IP 地址未发布到 vApp 属性时会发生此问题。

Resolution

此问题在 VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2 4 中已解决。

检查第三方端点服务是否正常工作：

1. 单击主机和群集。
2. 选择一个主机或群集。
3. 单击监控选项卡。
4. 选择 Guest Introspection。如果显示的所有记录均处于 info（信息）状态，Guest Introspection 服务是可操作的。

要在不进行升级的情况下临时解决此问题，请手动向受影响的 SVM 分配 IP 地址。

注意：

• “服务部署”页面继续显示 Failed（失败）错误。但是，功能应该不会受到影响。
• 如果您需要在 UI 中清除 Failed（失败）安装状态，请联系 VMware 支持人员，并在问题描述中注明此知识库文章 ID (2145376)。
