BOSH fails to create a VM with error 'Failed to acquire DRS lock: drs_lock_vm_group'

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
This issue happens when the drs_lock_vm_group attribute is not removed from vSphere when BOSH deletes a VM

Resolution

• Go to vSphere -> Menu -> Tags & Custom Attributes
• There should be drs_lock_vm_group in the list
• Delete that attribute.
