Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
The Radio button to select L3 destination does not work. L2 destination can be selected without an issue.

Environment
VMware NSX Data Center for vSphere 6.4.x
Cause
"Layer-3" Radio button is enabled only if, SourceVnic’s virtualWire has a DISTRIBUTED_ROUTER edge associated with it.
Resolution
The cause above is the design requirement and hence validate the VM network configuration to meet this requirement.
