hub queue alarms are not clearing (hub version 7.5)

Issue/Introduction

In each hub set the parameter under the hub section via Raw Configure window:

queue_growth_size

to 300 (minimum)

and click Ok to restart the hub.

Acknowledge the alarms and they should no longer be displayed.
