Newly installed UMP giving 404 error

Issue/Introduction
After upgrading the UMP server to 8.31, the UMP web page would not open.
Instead, the page had an "HTTP 404 Not Found Error"
It was determined that the UMP robot process was running under a local user.
We changed the process to work with a domain admin and UMP began to work.
Both the UIM hub robot and the UMP robot need to run under an administrator account.

Resolution
This user setting can be changed in Windows by:
1. Opening Administrative Tools > Services
2. Right click on the Nimsoft Robot Watcher and select properties.
3. Select the Log On tab. Select the "This Account" radio button.
4. Enter the account and password for an administrator.
