Note: The preceding log excerpts are only examples. Date, time, and environmental variables may vary depending on your environment

Environment

VMware vSphere Integrated Containers 1.x

Cause

This occurs when the VCH cannot login to the vCenter. Typically due to the account used to deploy the VCH changing password. Unless --ops-user was defined then the account used would be the --ops-user.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, update the password that the VCH uses to authenticate to the vCenter. For more information, see Update vCenter Server Credentials. Update vCenter Server Credentials
