VIC When using vic-machine create fails when user password starts with special character

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
vic-machine create fails. The error can fluctuate depending upon the order of options used in the command.

Environment

VMware vSphere Integrated Containers 1.x

Cause

Special Characters in the password used for the vic-machine create command

Resolution

The vic-machine create command fails because variable password (--password) for a user starts with $ character. The use of or adding quotes does not resolve the issue. To resolve this issue please do not specify password in the vic-machine create command and instead enter it when prompted or change the password to not utilize a special character.
