ISSUE: description: unable to create a datasource in iReporter using windows Authentication: "SQL problems: This driver is not configured for integrated authentication" - customer can create a ODBC connection to the DB
SOLUTION: create a system DSN on the machine where you are using iReport, then use that DSN in iReport's database connection settings. (You may find this useful: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/300596)
ADDITIONAL NOTE: The connection may fail with Error: Stack Trace: [Microsoft][ODBC SQL Server Driver][DBNETLIB]SQL Server does not exist or access denied. If so: - Remove all the settings under System DSN - Then launch the ODBC ODBC administrator tool from: - C:\Windows\SysWOW64\odbcad32.exe - Create the ODBC connection, then set up the datasource in the Ireport designer.
