Symptoms:
When you update the value of the VMSwapfileDatastore parameter and immediately retrieve the host information, the value of VMSwapfileDatastore might appear unchanged.

Environment
VMware vCenter Server 6.5.x
Cause
The new property value is updated asynchronously on the server.
Resolution
This issue is resolved in vCenter Server 6.7 and later.
Workaround:
To work around this, retrieve the host information again after a brief period of time. The change of the property value should be reflected.
