Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
Usage Meter 3.6.1 and all earlier version of Usage Meter are unable to detect virtual machines in nested vApps. An example heirarchy where this would occur is the following:

- Resource Pool -> vApp -> vApp -> Virtual Machine.
Environment
VMware vCloud Usage Meter 3.x
VMware vCloud Usage Meter 3.6.x
VMware vCloud Usage Meter 3.6.x
Cause
The issue is with Usage Meter's calls to the vCenter SDK. Currently it returns nothing when objects are nested to this level.
Resolution
This is known issue affecting VMware vCloud Usage Meter 3.x
Workaround:
The current workaround is to not nest vApps. The virtual machine must be placed at least one level higher according to the example heirarchy.
