Issue/Introduction

If the Inventory contains extended Unicode Characters in MDB file, when the Data Synchronization job attempts to export the Inventory it fails with an error:

ERROR: An unexpected error occurred!
Module = vcpInventory Function = clsDataFile:WriteFile(): Error writing C:\Program Files\VMware\VMware Capacity Planner\Temp\Inv_4012345-6789-214A-9CDB-8C6196F71D81_25D5FCAD-C36C-474B-B319-9811E6080A73.csv. 5 Source = vcpInventory Error = Invalid procedure call or argument(5:0:1000005)

This stops the export process before all systems can be exported and uploaded to the Dashboard.
