To work around this issue if you do not want to upgrade , use one of these options:

Workaround 1
  1. Migrate the virtual machine to the DLR host first without changing network
  2. Change networking on the virtual machine from VLAN to bridged VLAN
  3. Migrated to any host in the transport zone.

Workaround 2

Edit the following virtual machine settings:

  1. Disconnect the vNIC and Save.
  2. Change the vNIC from VLAN to VXLAN and Save.
  3. Connect the vNIC and save, traffic works because disconnect and connect would trigger GARP.
