Unable to remove/uninstall Stale Guest Introspection

Issue/Introduction

• Unable to uninstall Guest Introspection services from the cluster.
• Unable to deploy a new Guest Introspection service on the cluster.
• The old GI service appears as installed but shows no cluster under the cluster field.

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x

Resolution

This needs modification on NSX DB. To mitigate this issue, please contact Broadcom Technical Support for assistance.
