Upgrading VMware NSX for vSphere 6.x takes long time to complete

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When you upgrade VMware NSX for vSphere 6.x, you experience these symptoms:

• The upgrade takes long time to complete.
• The upgrade status seems to be stuck under Verifying uploaded file state.
  

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.1.x

Cause

This issue may occur due to internet browser related issues. For more information about web browser supportability, see the System Requirements section in the NSX Administration Guide.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, use another web browser instance. Clear the web browser cache and delete offline stored objects.
