Issue/Introduction

Not possible to do bridging for VLAN distributed port groups that are not present on the Distributed Switch where VXLAN is configured.

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.1.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.2.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x

Resolution

This is Expected behaviour.
In order to do the bridge between VXLAN distributed Portgroup and the normal distributed portgroup for VLAN both must be present on the uplinks of the DVS where VTEPs are created.
In the NSX environment, this would only work for the portgroups where the VTEPs are connected.
