Starting the NSX Management service fails

Issue/Introduction

• NSX Management service is stopped. Attempt to start the service fails.
• Restoring from NSX Manager backup fails.
• /common partition is close to 100% capacity.

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere

Cause

This issue occurs because the /common partition was consuming higher disk space.
