DX Unified Infrastructure Management (Nimsoft / UIM)

When you upgrade java_jre package on a robot, please stop all JAVA probes on the robot prior to upgrade.

If there is JAVA probes are running, it holds JRE modules and it prevents JRE modules from being updated correctly.

How to verify if a probe is JAVA probe or not ?

1. Log on to Infrastructure Manager
2. Go to robot
3. You'll see list of probes in the right panel.
4. See "Command" column. If listed as "<startup java>" it is JAVA probe.
