Compliance of VM is shown as unknown after upgrading from vCenter Server 6.0 to 6.7

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• Compliance of virtual machines displayed as unknown. 
• Storage compliance checks are not supported for ESXi hosts with software older than 6.0 Update 1.
• The storage compliance is displayed as Unknown.
• You might see the message similar to: 

StorageFault
"StorageFault"

Environment

VMware vCenter Server 6.0.x
VMware vCenter Server 6.7.x

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting vCenter Server 6.0.x.

Currently, there is no resolution or workaround.
