1. If you want to blacklist the clusters once the endpoint is added, then it can be done like normal blacklisting and restarting the data-collector.
2. The entities which are blacklisted will get an
_endTime after data-collection and sync.
3. The entities will still appear in UI for current month because the current month inventory was already populated once the endpoint was added.
4. From next month, the blacklisted entities won't appear in UI.
5. But if one does not want to see the blacklisted entities even for current month, then follow the endpoint removal procedure.
a. first remove the endpoint
b. trigger data-collection & then sync
c. blacklist the clusters
d. RESTART the data collector
e. add the endpoint
6. Trigger data-collection and then sync. Clusters which are ignored (blacklisted) won't be seen now even for current month.
Note: Endpoint removal and re-addition will impact in loss of previous months data.
