Resume request fails to load vRealize Automation 7.3 product details

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
When a deployment request is saved in vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.1 and is resumed after upgrading to vRSLCM 1.2 or later versions, vRealize Automation 7.3 products details page items does not load.

Environment

VMware vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.x

Cause

This issue occurs due to the change in policies in vRealize Suite Lifecycle Manager 1.2.

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

1. Navigate to recent Requests in the Home page.
2. Delete the Saved request .
3. Create a new request for the same deployment.
