Environment

Cause
This issue is caused when at least one of the directory sync is failing in VMware Identity Manager due to safeguard violations. For more information, see Setting up Directory Sync Safeguards.
Resolution
VMware is aware of this issue. Currently there is no resolution.
To workaround the issue, login to VMware Identity Manager and manually sync the failing directory:
In the VMware Identity Manager console Identity & Access Management tab select Manage> Directories.
Select the directory that did not complete the sync and go to theSync Log page.
To see the type of safeguard violation, in the Sync Details column, clickFailed to complete sync. Please check safeguards.
Click OK.
To continue the sync without changing the safeguard settings, clickSync Now.
On the Review page, select the check boxIgnore Safeguards.
Click Sync Directory.
Confirm the directory sync is successful.
Return to vRLSCM UI and confirm the directories are loading in Identity and Tenant Management > Directories tab.
