vSphere HA "Insufficient Resources for HA failover" error displayed after VCSA failover by VCHA

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms: After vCenter High Availability triggered a vCenter Server Appliance failover event, you might see an "Insufficient Resources for HA failover" message displayed on the cluster's Summary tab if the following conditions are fulfilled:
vCenter High Availability enabled
vSphere HA enabled with:
Admission Control enabled
Failover Host configured
Environment
VMware vCenter Server Appliance 6.5.x
Resolution
VMware is aware of this issue and working to resolve this in a future release
No functional impact has been identified, the message can be safely ignored.
Workaround:
Disable and re-enable vSphere HA after a VCHA failover event to clear the message.
