This is a known issue affecting the vRealize Operations Tenant App 8.6 upgrade.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, complete the steps below.
- Take a snapshot of the Tenant App appliance.
- Log into the vRealize Operations Tenant App UI.
- Navigate to Administration > Support and stop all services except tenant-app-ui and tenant-app-db-cassandra.
- Log into vRealize Operations Tenant App as root via SSH or Console, pressing ALT+F1 in a Console to log in.
- Verify the plugin containers are not running executing the following command:
docker ps
Note: Verify that only the tenant-app-ui and tenant-app-db-cassandra containers are running.
- Preform the vRealize Operations Tenant App upgrade to 8.6 as normal.
