Resolution

This is a know issue affecting vRealize Operations after upgrading to version 8.4.
This issue will be addressed in a future release of vRealize Operations.

Workaround:
To workaround this issue, grant the Manage Cloud Proxies permission to the Administrator role.
  1. Log into the vRealize Operations UI with the local admin user.
  2. Navigate to Administration > Access > Access Control > Roles.
  3. In the bottom right pane next to Permissions, click Edit.
  4. Expand Administration > Management and check the box next to Manage Cloud Proxies, then click Update.
Users with the Administrator role will now be able to click the Administration > Management > Cloud Proxies page and manage Cloud Proxies.
