This issue is resolved in Dell EMC Enterprise Storage Analytics Management Pack version 6.2.1 and later, available on
VMware Marketplace.
The below workaround must still be followed once, if pervious versions of the Dell EMC Enterprise Storage Analytics Management Pack were installed prior to version 6.2.1 or later.
Workaround:
To reset the logging level of the Analytics process, complete the following.
- Log into the vRealize Operations UI as an administrative user.
- Navigate to Administration > Support Logs.
Note: The navigation path for vRealize Operations 8.5 and lower will be Administration > Support > Logs.
- Expand a node and select ANALYTICS, then click Edit Properties (gear icon).
- Make no changes and click OK to save.
- Repeat steps 3 and 4 on all other nodes in the vRealize Operations cluster.
