What can cause the Panvalet PV042 error?

Release: R14.6

Resolution

According to the Message Manual:   PV042     EOF ON 1ST READ     
Reason: There is a missing or empty input file to a CA Panvalet program.

Normally there is something wrong with the Panvalet command SYSIN input such as a comment immediately following //SYSIN, or multiple //SYSIN statements.
However, if the SYSIN is good, invalid input data can also be the culprit.
