Aria Orchestrator subscription fails with "No reply from blocking subscription" error and never executes

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
A workflow from a subscription should be executed, but checking Aria Automation Extensibility tab and Aria Orchestrator workflow runs shows the workflow execution never starts.

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 8.10.x

Cause

A change in 8.10.2 release causes the workflows in Aria Orchestrator to start with a user token, not service token.

Resolution

This is an expected behavior, but in some cases users may use unapproved APIs to login.

Additional Information

Impact/Risks:
The implementation works, but when creating a subscription users must first login via UI or IaaS API.
