Issue/Introduction

The original vRealize Hyperic agent for Windows that was included in the vRealize Hyperic 5.8.4.2 release contained an issue related to support of Windows 2012 R2 version 6.3.

VMware vRealize Hyperic 5.8.4

Resolution

If you downloaded the Windows agent artifacts before 18 August 2015, you must download them again from the vRealize Hyperic downloads site in order to have support for Windows 2012 R2 version 6.3.
