vRA Code Stream service is not visible in the UI after license upgrade

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
With a vRealize Automation (vRA) 8.0 license upgraded from Advanced to Enterprise, the Code Stream service is not visible in the UI (both in the Services screen and in the right-hand side navigation).

Environment

VMware vRealize Automation 8.x

Cause

The problem is that the internal visibility field of Code Stream service definition is not updated automatically upon license upgrade. It should be updated manually with a script.

Resolution

To resolve this issue, use the supplied script to update the internal visibility field of Code Stream service manually:

1. SSH to the vRA 8.0 VA as root, for more information, see 
2. Unzip the attached file patch_cs.zip
3. Copy the attached script patch_cs.sh
4. Make sure the script is executable. The command is: chmod +x patch_cs.sh
5. Run the script: ./patch_cs.sh
6. The script finishes without errors and with an "All Done!" message.
7. Refresh the vRA UI to confirm Code Stream service is now visible.
