An XPress policy triggered on "SendEmailEvent" goes into a loop when it also fails to send an email notification.

Issue/Introduction

We have made a Policy Xpress which is triggered on "SendEmailEvent" event when "Failed" event state.
The action rule of this policy is also an email notification and if this email notification fails at its turn when the policy is triggered then the process loops.

Set the Policy Xpress with the "Fail Policy" Response in advanced settings for "Environment" Error Category to stop the loop.
