You have a S.M.A.R.T. error on one or more disks on your MTP.
ADA Multi-Port Collector versions 9.2 through to MTP 10.4.
The S.M.A.R.T. error is a warning of an imminent disk failure.
This may be the result of something like a degraded array.
The disk drive will most likely need replacing.
If you have a hardware warranty (or if you are not sure) please open a support case with CA support with the following info;
The 12 digit numerical serial number, located on the back of the MTP.
Please let us know which disk the SMART error is seen, attach screenshot to the support case.
The full site address of the location of the MTP, including post/zip code.
The full site address of the delivery location (if different to above).
The site contact/person responsible for receiving a new disk.
Any notify us of any other error messages.
