Scoreboard widget cannot display more than 100 items in VMware Aria Operations 8.x

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

A scoreboard widget displays the error:

Too many items are selected. Can't show more than 100 items.

or 

Environment

VMware Aria Operations 8.x

Cause

This issue occurs when there is a hard limit set to display up to 100 items per scoreboard widget.

Resolution

This is a known issue affecting VMware Aria Operations version 8.x

 

Currently, there is no resolution.

 

To work around this issue, Create multiple scoreboard widgets to collectively display the desired number of items.
