Issue/Introduction
All version after NSX6.4.6a can support at most 4096 sessions.
If the total BFD session number is larger than 4096, then user can find out some sessions are not created on ESXi host. All created sessions can be shown by net-bfd command. Heatmap returns the created sessions only.
Some sessions can't be created on ESXi due to the number limitation.

Resolution
There is no solution or workaround as it is a hard limit for the kernel session table.
