Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

After upgrade of NSX manager and configuring Lookup service fails, you see error similar to:

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x
VMware NSX for vSphere 6.4.x

Resolution

To resolve this issue:

Ensure reverse and forward name resolution was happening correctly for vCenter and NSX manager.
