Cannot create a new L2 ridge if it has the same name with the existing L2 bridge.

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:

• In Web Client, it seems to succeed to create a new L2 bridge which has the same name with the existing L2 bridge in the NSX environment.
• The new L2 bridge cannot be found on the ESXi hosts.

Environment

VMware NSX for vSphere 6.3.x

Resolution

To resolve the issue, Do not use the name of the existing L2 bridge.
