Suggested Key Performance Indicators for the following (Exchange, VMware, Citrix, Lotus Notes, and SAN), these KPI can be activated and used in dashboard creation.

Note that all of the above are KPIs and as in any best practice, monitoring should be comprehensive and include standard systems monitoring such as CPU, Disk, Memory, processes, services and log monitoring.
