[VCDR] Unable to change VMware Cloud DR ASN

Issue/Introduction
The VMware Cloud Disaster Recovery (VCDR) ASN value is 64512.
The ASN value is used by the other side of the BGP connection.
The ASN values cannot be the same on both sides of the BGP connection.

Resolution
The ASN value of 64512 is a fixed value in VCDR and cannot be changed.
