Third sub-folder onward VMs and Templates view content is not displayed in vSphere Client 7.0

Issue/Introduction
Symptoms:
- VMs and Templates view does not show third sub-folder objects on-wards.
- Folder and inventory objects structure are accessible through API (For example - PowerCLI, SDKs)
Environment
VMware vCenter Server 7.0.x
Resolution
This issue is resolved with VMware vCenter Server 7.0.0b available at Downloads. Please update to resolve the issue.
Workaround:
The sub-folders and objects can be accessed using the VMs' Tab:
- Select the parent VM Folder visible in the VMs and Template view left Navigation Panel
- Select the VMs Tab
- Select VM Folders Sub Tab, Similar to the screenshot below to navigate through the Sub-Folders

- After reaching specific Sub-Folder level, "Actions" Drop Down menu can be used to perform all usual operations on folders.
- Similarly Virtual Machine, VM Templates and vApp objects are accessible and manageable from respective sub-tabs.
Additional Information
Impact/Risks:
This issue impacts only the left pane navigation of vSphere Client.
