Question:
 
When setting up the password phrase options with CA Top Secret for z/OS received a TSS9183E violation. 
Trying to figure out the cause of the problem. 
It appears the MA value cannot be more than the MIN value? 
 
Answer:
 
If the minimum number of alpha characters (MA) exceeds the minimum passphrase 
length, then any phrase with the minimum (MIN) number of characters 
cannot contain a valid number of alpha characters.
