Symptoms:
The following message may be seen on the DCUI during a fresh ESXi installation:
IORM: Cannot open file /var/run/storageRM.pid.Skipping signaling the module.
IORM: Cannot open file /var/run/sdrsInjector.pid.Skipping signaling the module.

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 7.0.0

Cause

This is an informational message seen during the installation of ESXi and does not cause any loss of functionality.

Resolution

This message can be safely ignored.
