Symptoms: Customer is attempting to clone multiple VMs at once time but the VMC vCenter will not process more than 8 VMs at once. Customer needs to recreate a Horizon VDI Desktop Pool but is limited to rebuilding the VMs in sets of 8. Any VM clone operations beyond 8 at a time will be sitting waiting to be processed.
Cause
VMC vCenters by default have the config.vpxd.ResourceManager.maxCostPerHost configuration set to 8 across the fleet.
Resolution
There is no resolution to this issue as it is a known limitation of VMC vCenters.
