Host management network down after update from ESXi 6.7 to ESXi 6.7 U1

Issue/Introduction

- After host reboot host management network down
- Issue started after update from 6.7 to 6.7 U1
- Management network is using LACP uplinks

Environment

VMware vSphere ESXi 6.7

Resolution

Fix confirmed for ESXi 6.7 Update 2.

Workaround: "Restart Management Network" via DCUI

Note: Workaround has to be implemented after every host reboot
