Issue/Introduction
F5 must be configured to use LDAP, in this case we are authenticating using Active Directory.
Environment
VMware vRealize True Visibility Suite 1.0
Resolution
Click System.
Click on Users.
Click Authentication.
Configure the values as necessary to support your domain.
Configure your credential set in vROps. Since your F5 environment is associated with your domain, you do not need to provide domain/username or domain@username. Simply provide the AD user name only, as shown below.
As long as the other connection details are correct, a Test Connection should now pass with the domain credentials entered.
