SD-WAN Hub/Spoke Edges not aggregating link bandwidth

Issue/Introduction

Symptoms:
For a customer using:

• Edges in Hub/Spoke topology
• Edges have multiple WAN links in use

Users may experience lower than expected performance.
IP VPN traffic is affected. The bandwidth is much lower than the guaranteed bandwidth for just a single link
Traffic is steered by Business Policies to a Hub/Spoke

Cause

This is caused by known issue #117037

Resolution

This issue is resolved in the following Edge Versions:

• 4.5.2 (R452-20230803-GA) and above

Workaround:
Since the performance caused by the bug is worse than a single link, the workaround is to configure business policies that steer matching traffic to a single mandatory link.

1. Navigate to "Business Policies"
2. Click on Add Rule
3. select Action
4. Sekect Link Steering as "Interface"
5. Select Interface
6. Select Link Policy as "Mandatory"
