Unable to re-arrange columns within the Smarts notification window using Internet Explorer

Issue/Introduction

This articles explains about re-arranging the columns within the Smarts notification

• Using Internet Explorer (IE) within the Smarts Notification screen of the W4N GUI it will not allow columns to be re-arranged.
• For other browsers such as Chrome or Mozilla this works as expected.
• For example within chrome you can drag and drop a column within:
  
  All > Operations > Network > Notifications
• However when using IE it will simply highlight the column and not allow it to be moved.

M&R - 7.x

Resolution

• The workaround to resolve this issue is as follows:
• Navigate to the following location within APG:
  

  /opt/APG/Web-Servers/Tomcat/Default/webapps/dojoviews

  
  (Select the appropriate installation location for Windows)
• Take a back-up of the file: view.html
• Replace this with the attached view.html file

Note: A Service re-start is not needed. However the browser cache will need to be cleared before re-trying.
